Senior Firmware / Embedded Engineer now needed in Gloucestershire to join a well-established market leader. I am seeking a well-educated Embedded/ Firmware Engineer with 5 years plus of hands-on embedded C/Python, RTOS / Baremetal programming plus some of the following skills:
- Microcontrollers - STM32, PIC32, FPGA's, DSP's
- Knowledge of comms protocols - I2C, SPI, serial and wireless
- Test Expertise
- Version control (GIT)
- Strong appreciation for hardware
Working closely with cross-functional teams you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of current and next generation products. You should have a professional approach to your work, be detail orientated, a good team player and have strong communication skills.
