This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and highly successful Semiconductor company. Located just north of London, our client’s design centre is involved in the design of high speed mixed-signal ICs for the data communications market. As the company continues to scale, they now seek an Analog IC Design Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of IC design and layout engineers developing next-generation optical communication systems. In this role, you will have key technical authority with a clear pathway to progress to higher leadership roles as the business expands.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors / Masters degree within Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Extensive (at least ten years) experience within Analog IC Design
- Several years’ experience within a leadership or management role, with strong ability to manage multiple projects under schedule and resource constraints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders across engineering functions.
