We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Validation Engineer to join our growing team and play a critical role in validating complex systems within the telecommunications and satellite domains. Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and test complex telecommunication and satellite systems, spanning chip-level and system-level designs.
  • Develop and execute validation for analog, RF, and high-speed communication blocks, including SERDES links.
  • Operate, configure, and maintain advanced test and measurement equipment.
  • Design and implement automated validation and test solutions.
  • Perform deep debugging and root-cause analysis of issues identified during validation.
  • Define, plan, estimate, and deliver system-level test strategies and validation roadmaps.
  • Document, track, and manage defects, contributing to shared knowledge using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Apply industry best-practice test methodologies to ensure robust validation coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, providing technical insight and driving continuous improvement.
