You’ll support complex technical programmes, working closely with senior project leadership to ensure schedules, documentation and financial data are accurate and up to date. As the Associate Project Controller, you’ll gain exposure to complex technical projects and build a strong foundation in project delivery, with clear progression into more senior project or programme roles. Our client operates in a highly regulated engineering environment, where attention to detail and consistency are critical to successful delivery. They are looking for someone proactive and organized who can support multiple projects and bring clarity to day-to-day operations. As the Associate Project Controller, you’ll support planning, reporting, financial tracking and documentation across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining project schedules, resource plans and forecasts
- Managing documentation, version control and QMS processes
- Supporting financial tracking, budgets and cost reporting
- Preparing project updates, reports and risk logs
- Coordinating actions and ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting procurement and commercial administration activities
