This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Design Lead to take the next step in their career and join a high-growth, highly innovative semiconductor company at its European headquarters.

In this role, you will support the Engineering Manager and work in a modern, fast-paced environment, developing cutting-edge touch technologies and automotive MCUs. You will provide technical leadership across the full digital design lifecycle, from requirements definition through architecture, design, implementation, verification, and validation.

Alongside technical leadership, you will be responsible for team management activities including resource and project planning, goal setting, performance monitoring, and budget ownership.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, verify, and validate next-generation capacitive touch controller ICs incorporating new touch-sensing architectures
  • Design, verify, and validate next-generation automotive MCUs to high functional safety standards
  • Provide technical direction to continually improve product performance and cost efficiency
  • Lead resource and project planning, goal setting, and performance monitoring
  • Mentor and coach engineers within the team
Key requirements
  • ~5+ years’ experience in digital or mixed-signal design
  • ~1+ year of experience managing or leading engineers
  • ~ Experience with mixed-signal design (desirable)
  • ~ Experience with ISO 26262 functional safety standards (desirable)
  • ~ Familiarity with the full ASIC flow across front-end and back-end
  • ~ Python scripting experience

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience managing teams and priorities across multiple projects, delivering on time, and contributing to digital IP development and integration. Experience with low-power and power-management techniques, along with a strong understanding of EDA tools and capabilities, is also required.
