<p>Are you an experienced Engineering Project Manager ready to take on a new and exciting role in Electronics Engineering? Our client is seeking a skilled Engineering Project Manager to lead critical projects, supporting the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronic equipment within a highly collaborative environment. </p><p> With the possibility to be based in either, Stevenage, Bristol, or Bolton; you’ll guide projects from concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. You’ll work closely with Project Controllers and Engineering Project Coordinators, with opportunities for advancement to Senior Project Manager and Delivery Lead positions. This role also provides a chance to engage in community outreach, promoting diversity within engineering.</p><p> Key Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Oversee projects from initial concept and initiation through to manufacture, qualification, and customer delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with Project Controllers for scheduling and mentor Engineering Project Coordinators in a supportive team environment.</li><li>Implement effective project management techniques, covering risks, compliance, project configurations, and earned value tracking.</li><li>Represent Electronics Engineering through outreach initiatives, promoting diversity in engineering and engaging with the community.</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills<br><ul><li>Must be a British Citizen or a dual UK – SC will be needed</li><li>Proven experience in engineering electronic across project phases.</li><li>Strong skills in project management, including risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and configuration management.</li><li>Demonstrated success in delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to influence effectively.</li></ul>This Engineering Project Manager position offers a competitive package with performance-based bonuses as well as the opportunity for paid overtime.
