Electronic Design Engineer

OptoElectronics Engineer

Location: Oxford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an OptoElectronics Engineer to join a company working at

the forefront of Ai computing. This role focuses on using electronic hardware and optical components for next-generation technologies.

As an OptoElectronics Engineer, you will work on designing and integrating optoelectronic components, including lasers, drivers, amplifiers, detectors, and associated control electronics. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop solutions that bridge optics and electronics for high-performance applications.

The ideal OptoElectronics Engineer will have:

• Experience in designing optoelectronic systems and components.
• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Proficiency in PCB design and system integration.
• A passion for photonics and its applications in computing.
