Overview
This Project Manager opportunity sits at the centre of a technically ambitious product programme, leading the development of advanced electronic systems from concept through to production. You'll work closely with engineering teams across RF, software, mechanical and systems, keeping delivery aligned as the product moves toward market launch. Our client is a growing technology company developing highly integrated electronic products where performance, efficiency and reliability are critical. With strong funding in place and products moving through qualification, they are strengthening their delivery capability to support scale and commercial rollout.
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Project Manager will take responsibility for managing internal development programmes, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, and ensuring products meet technical, regulatory and commercial requirements.
Responsibilities
- Owning project scope, schedules, budgets and risk across complex electronic engineering programmes
- Leading cross-functional teams spanning RF, antenna, software and mechanical engineering
- Coordinating suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders, including international interfaces
- Overseeing testing, qualification and delivery activities
- Providing clear progress updates and resolving delivery issues as they arise
Experience
- Engineering background (electrical, communications or similar)
- Experience managing projects across the full product lifecycle, from concept through to production
- Familiarity with complex electronic systems (RF, antenna or phased-array environments advantageous)
- Confident communicator with a structured, pragmatic approach to delivery
- Comfortable working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders
