IC Resources is partnering with an innovative semiconductor company in Cambridge to hire a DFT Engineer. You’ll contribute across the silicon development lifecycle—from architecture and specification through design, verification, implementation, manufacturing test and production.

You’ll define, implement and verify DFT methodologies across complex SoC designs, collaborating with Design, Verification, Physical Implementation and Product Engineering teams, and help integrate scan, MBIST, EDT.
