Base pay range With committed support from government, UKSC will have the time and resources to establish long-term initiatives that will supercharge the success of UK semiconductors over many years.
This will positively impact the whole of the UK’s ‘deep tech’ ecosystem and economy.
Responsibilities Develop and implement the UKSC’s marketing and communications strategy Define the Centre’s positioning and messaging in consultation with the Steering Group and stakeholders Lead competitor and UK ecosystem analysis, benchmarking against international capabilities, to inform UKSC strategy Ensure effective communication of UKSC activities to government, industry, academia, and the public Suitable candidates will have substantial experience in strategic marketing, branding, or communications within a high-technology context, as well as intimate knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
You will have a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences along with strong analytical skills and experience of competitive or ecosystem analysis.
Location The UKSC will be based in Kings Cross, London and will offer a hybrid working model.
A 4-day working week may also be an option.
