We are recruiting for a Staff RF IC Design Engineer to join our client’s highly regarded RF IC Design team based in Cambridge — one of the world’s leading technology and semiconductor hubs. Visa sponsorship and a full relocation package are available for international applicants.

As a Staff RF IC Design Engineer, you will take ownership of the specification, architecture, circuit design, implementation, and verification of challenging Analog and RF circuit blocks and subsystems for 6G RF ICs. The role emphasizes innovative signal path and synthesizer design, targeting industry-leading performance and successful first‑silicon validation.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • A BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven industry experience designing RF circuits in advanced CMOS technologies (16nm or below)
  • A proven track record of delivering high performance CMOS RF transceivers to mass production
  • Excellent understanding of modern RF transceiver architectures
  • Good working knowledge of RF IC layout optimisation techniques
