We are recruiting for a Senior RF IC Design Engineer to join our client in Cambridge - one of the world’s Semiconductor leaders. UK visa sponsorship and relocation package is also available.

Based in the UK’s high-tech hub of Cambridge, our global client operates a strategically important RF IC Design centre, working on RF transceivers in advanced process nodes. With the focus on state-of-the-art wireless technology, currently 5G, shifting to 6G, they have a great team with superb management – reflected by the fact that so many people join the team and stay for many years.

Here the Senior RF IC Design Engineer will focus on the specification, design, implementation and verification of challenging Analog and RF circuit blocks and sub-systems for 5G RF ICs such as filters, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers or mixers, to deliver excellent performance on first silicon.

  • A BSc / MSc degree within Electronics Engineering or similar field
  • Proven industrial experience with strong experience in designing RF circuits in advanced CMOS technologies (16nm or below)
