Why Join? We are working with a global technology leader that is on the lookout for ambitious German-speaking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join their London-based team. This is an exciting entry-level role where you will receive full training, work alongside experienced sales professionals, and play a key role in driving business growth.
The Role: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Using your German language skills, you will build relationships, qualify leads, and help generate new business opportunities.
- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation β Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual channels to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Market Research β Identify key decision-makers and potential sales opportunities within target accounts.
- Marketing Engagement β Follow up on marketing-generated leads, ensuring a continuous flow of sales opportunities.
- CRM & Data Management β Track and manage prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting of activities.
- Collaboration β Work closely with sales teams across Europe to optimize lead conversion and business growth.
What weβre looking for:
- Fluent German speaker (written & spoken) β Essential for engaging with DACH-region clients. A language test will be conducted for non-native German speakers.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (graduates welcome!).
