They are looking for an HR Generalist to join their Edinburgh team.

Reporting to the European HR Manager, you will provide hands-on HR support across the UK and wider European operations, supporting a growing workforce across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities include

  • Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition across Europe
  • Coordinating onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Managing payroll, benefits and employee queries
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data
  • Supporting HR policies, procedures and compliance
  • Working with external benefits and payroll providers
  • Providing day-to-day HR administration and employee support

About you

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good understanding of UK employment practices and HR processes
  • International HR experience is an advantage
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or engineering environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment systems such as Greenhouse is desirable
  • Professional, approachable, service-oriented and hands-on
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet and confident handling sensitive information

Location & package

  • Edinburgh-based
  • Full-time, with 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote
