A superb opportunity for a Software Team Leader to join a well established company in central Bristol close to Temple Meads station. I am looking for someone to lead and manage a team of embedded software engineers, overseeing the design, development and test of embedded software systems, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Suitable applicants for this role should have 8 years plus experience in embedded software development within the Aerospace sector. You must have a strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems. This technical expertise should also be coupled with team lead/management expertise. You may already be well established in a management role or you might be an ambitious Senior level Engineer with some significant team lead expertise under your belt.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills are of course essential. Superb salary depending on your experience, hybrid working and visa support is available.
