They are looking to hire a Senior/Lead Backend Developer to join their expanding team. This is a hands-on technical role with additional responsibility for supporting technical leadership, code quality, and delivery continuity across the team.

- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions
- Support delivery workflows and engineering operations
- Deputise for the VP of Engineering when required
