Our international client is currently searching for a Senior NPI Product Engineer to lead and support the introduction of new semiconductor products from development through high-volume manufacturing. Working cross-functionally to improve testability, manufacturability, product characterization, yield, quality, and production readiness for high-performance optical and analog/mixed-signal ICs.
Coordinate with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, Marketing, and Operations teams. Ensure robust test coverage and product quality.
- Characterization, Yield & Data Analysis: Analyze ATE and bench data, including correlation studies and process capability analysis.
- Quality & Failure Analysis: Monitor manufacturing yield and quality metrics. Support failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and CAPA activities. Work with foundries and OSAT partners to resolve production issues.
Good experience in semiconductor product, test engineering. Knowledge of semiconductor physics and analog/mixed-signal ICs. Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as Excel or JMP. BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
