IC Resources is working with a Bristol-based client who is in need of a Supply Chain Management Assistant contract for an initial 6-month contract. This is Inside IR35 with a hybrid work model of 3 days per week, onsite.
The role will support day-to-day supply chain and purchasing activities within a fast-paced technology environment focused on next-generation AI compute.
Working closely with the Supply Chain team, you will assist with:
- Raising purchase quotes and creating or amending purchase orders
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and maintaining accurate acknowledgements
- Progress chasing open orders to ensure timely delivery
- Scanning and filing delivery notes in line with company processes
- Matching invoices against purchase orders and delivered goods
- Providing general administrative support, including booking meeting rooms and coordinating invitations
