The role focuses on designing efficient digital architectures for cryptographic functions, secure subsystems, and hardware trust features tailored for highly resource‑constrained environments.
As a Digital Design Engineer, you will work across the full digital design lifecycle, collaborating with hardware and embedded software teams to deliver secure, robust, and efficient hardware implementations.
Responsibilities would include:
- Develop and verify digital hardware modules for security‑critical applications, optimised for power, area, and memory
- Implement cryptographic algorithms and security primitives in hardware (such as AES, SHA, TRNGs)
- Apply secure‑design techniques and side‑channel‑resistant implementation strategies.
- Create designs suitable for both ASIC and FPGA targets
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine system requirements and specifications
Required qualifications:
