Our international client is currently searching for a Product Development Engineering Manager to direct the semiconductor new product development team from product definition through to high volume implementation. The role will involve interfacing with customers and suppliers as well as offshore packaging/assembly houses.

Leading and directing the teams to develop new technologies to expand semiconductor product offerings or enhance products to meet new market/customer requirements will be required.

Required skills for the Product Development Engineering Manager will include:

  • Strong bipolar semiconductor technology, design and development knowledge
  • Power semiconductor knowledge desirable
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in semiconductor device assembly and packaging technologies
  • Strong communication skills and managerial experience
