IC Resources Recruitment is seeking a Staff Etch Process Development Engineer for an international client based in Northamptonshire, England. The role focuses on developing, optimizing, and supporting dry and wet etch processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices, driving process improvements and manufacturing efficiency in a semiconductor fabrication environment.

You will work with Product, Equipment, Manufacturing and R&D teams, apply SPC/DOE/Six Sigma methodologies.
