Responsibilities
- Assemble, integrate, and test complex optical and optomechanical subsystems.
- Support system-level integration and verification of optical ground station products.
- Perform precision optical alignment and troubleshoot optical assemblies.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance test equipment and ground support equipment.
- Manage component procurement, supplier coordination, and incoming inspection activities.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of materials and components.
- Produce and maintain manufacturing documentation and controlled build procedures.
- Assist with customer deployments, installation activities, and field maintenance as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in optical assembly, integration, and testing environments.
- Hands-on experience in building and testing complex optical systems.
- Strong skills in optical laboratory work and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
