Our international client is currently searching for a Senior NPI Product Engineer to lead and support the introduction of new semiconductor products from development through high-volume manufacturing. Working cross-functionally to improve testability, manufacturability, product characterization, yield, quality, and production readiness for high-performance optical and analog/mixed-signal ICs.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Drive products from concept to production release and manufacturing transfer. Coordinate with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, Marketing, and Operations teams. Manage NPI milestones, release documentation, and manufacturing readiness.
