Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Executive will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients seeking secure storage solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, conducting consultations, and offering tailored storage solutions ranging from safety deposit boxes to private rooms. The role involves offering tours, guiding clients through onboarding and account setup and post-sale service. The Sales Executive will also maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensure a high level of service and discretion, and collaborate closely with operations and security teams to support an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within luxury services, financial services, property, or other high-value B2C or B2B environments.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
