We are hiring a Change Management Consultant to lead Organisational Change Management (OCM) delivery for a large-scale transformation programme with a major German based telecommunications client. This role will act as the OCM Engagement Lead, working closely with the Practice Lead, and will be responsible for end-to-end change delivery, with a strong focus on Waas programs and working with Works Councils.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OCM delivery for a large transformation programme (digital / operating model / managed services transition)
- Own and execute Change Strategy, Plan and Roadmap
- Drive WaaS related change activities, including transition, consultation support, and communications
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business, HR, legal, and programme teams
- Design and deliver:
- Change impact assessments
- Communication and engagement strategies
- Training and capability programmes
- Adoption and readiness metrics
- Act as the primary interface for OCM with client leadership
- Establish governance and track change KPIs and business adoption outcomes
- Lead and mentor junior OCM team members and work with the offshore team as well.
Must-Have Experience
- 6-8 years experience in Change Management / Organisational Transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes (Telecom / Technology preferred)
- Strong experience in working with Works Councils in German
- Experience working with Telecom clients and regulatory environments
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership level
Preferred Experience
- Telecom domain exposure (OSS/BSS, network transformation, or managed services transition)
- Exposure to HR transformation / workforce strategy
- Exposure to Works Councils
Skills
- Strong expertise in Change Management frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR / APMG/ CCMP or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to independently lead large engagements
- Strong facilitation and workshop delivery capability
- Structured problem solving and consulting mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s / MBA preferred)
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) – desirable
