Title: Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect – Telecom (OSS/BSS) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in the Telecom domain , specializing in OSS (Operational Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end enterprise solutions, defining target architectures, and ensuring seamless integration between OSS, BSS, network, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for OSS/BSS transformation and integration projects.
Define enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.
Collaborate with business, product, network, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Drive integration across OSS, BSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, Provisioning, and Network Inventory systems.
Ensure architecture complies with industry standards, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to deployment.
Review and recommend new technologies and best practices to support telecom digital transformation.
Required Skills Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in the telecom industry.
Hands‑on knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture and telecom business processes.
Experience with systems such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Service Provisioning, Inventory Management, and Assurance.
Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, microservices, and cloud‑based architectures.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills Experience with TM Forum standards (e TOM, SID, Open APIs).
Knowledge of cloud platforms, Dev Ops, Kubernetes, or Open Shift.
