We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, ITOM, TSOM, and TSM modules, along with strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and platform architecture. The candidate will play a key role in driving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation, and telecom service operations transformation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- ServiceNow Development
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.

- Design and maintain CMDB data model and CI relationships.

- Configure and manage Discovery and Service Mapping integrations.
- Ensure accurate CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping.
- Implement and support IT Operations Management capabilities including:
- Event Management
- Discovery

- Implement ServiceNow Telecom Service Management capabilities.
- Develop workflows for service provisioning, fulfilment, and incident handling in telecom environments.
- Integrate telecom OSS/BSS systems with ServiceNow platform.

- Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture.
