We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial ServiceNow Services Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth across Europe. This role is strongly focused on building a new client base, creating long-term customer value, and positioning ServiceNow solutions as strategic platforms for enterprise-wide digital transformation. You will play a key role in expanding our regional footprint, working closely with ServiceNow, internal solution teams, and delivery leaders to turn opportunities into high-impact, long-term client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, own, and expand a new client database across Europe, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value-driven solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Position ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM/CRM, IRM, AI-driven solutions) as business outcomes, not just technology.
- Define and execute a territory and account growth strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Collaborate closely with ServiceNow partner teams, solution consultants, and delivery organizations to win complex opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, ServiceNow events, and key client engagements.
Qualifications:
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development Manager.
- Strong background in ServiceNow sales, including services, implementations, managed services, or partner-led license models.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and opening strategic accounts.
- Solid understanding of enterprise digital workflows, IT, and business transformation.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written), German or French proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and commercial focus.
Nice to Have:
- Established network within the West Europe region - enterprise or mid-market.
- Experience working directly with ServiceNow as a partner.
- Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, telecom, manufacturing, public sector).
