We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity CPQ EPC Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions for a leading Telecommunications client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Vlocity CPQ, EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), OmniStudio, and Telecom domain processes, with the ability to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong solution architecture capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce Industries implementations in Telecom environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ & EPC solutions for Telecommunications clients.
- Define scalable and high-performing enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Design and optimize Telecom product catalog structures, commercial offers, pricing models, promotions, bundles, and order capture processes.
- Architect end-to-end CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing, eligibility, decomposition, and orchestration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive EPC data modeling, catalog hierarchy, lifecycle management, and versioning strategies.
- Provide technical leadership across OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce Industries and external OSS/BSS systems, billing platforms, CRM, ERP, middleware, and order management systems.
- Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware platforms, and microservices architecture.
- Lead architecture governance, code reviews, solution reviews, and best practice adoption.
- Support CI/CD implementation, DevOps processes, environment strategy, and release management.
- Mentor developers, consultants, and junior architects on Salesforce Industries best practices.
- Participate in client workshops, solution presentations, estimations, and technical roadmap discussions.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) CPQ and EPC implementations.
- Deep understanding of Telecom domain processes including: Product Catalog Management, Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, Product Configuration, Pricing & Promotions, Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.
- Experience with Salesforce Order Management and Industries Order Capture.
- Strong understanding of Vlocity EPC modeling and enterprise catalog strategy.
- Salesforce Technical Skills
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, ETL, and middleware technologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, governor limits, and platform best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Telecom Domain Experience
- Prior experience working with Telecommunications clients is mandatory.
- Understanding of BSS/OSS ecosystems and Telecom business operations.
- Experience with broadband, mobile, fiber, enterprise connectivity, or digital service offerings.
