We are looking to recruit a reliable, experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team on Sunday mornings. If you’re passionate about teaching swimming and enjoy working with swimmers of all ages and abilities, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons following established lesson plans
- Adapt teaching to suit varying age groups and skill levels
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants in the pool
- Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere in the classroom and pool
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other colleagues as required
- Recognised Swimming Instructor qualification (e.g. Swim England Level 2)
- Experience teaching children and/or adults in a pool environment
- Current and valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Opportunity to gain experience across different classes and age groups
- Supportive team and friendly working environment
- Competitive and enhanced rate of pay
