The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

LIFEGUARDS Required as soon as possible. Grade 4, Point 6. Zero hour contract. £12.95 basic hourly rate, plus enhancement.

Are you calm under pressure, safety-conscious, and passionate about customer service? We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Lifeguards / Leisure Attendants to join our team to help create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of all pool and leisure facility users
  • Monitor activities in and around the pool, responding to emergencies when necessary
  • Set up and maintain equipment for poolside and fitness activities
  • Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to high standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Assist with general duties around the facility as needed
Essential Requirements:
  • Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or equivalent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and professional approach
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
