Ibstock PLC's Thornley factory seeks a Health, Safety & Environment professional to lead risk assessments, incident investigations and contractor management on site. You will drive the SHE strategy, track KPIs and facilitate management meetings, blending hands-on shop floor activity with group projects to improve safety and environmental outcomes.
Working with site and group stakeholders, you will deliver continuous improvement, ensure legal compliance, develop risk assessments and SSOPs.
