To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to come and join our team at our Laybrook site in Pulborough RH20 2LW.
The Role: The successful candidate will be supporting the Factory Manager and the TPM team as well as organising on-site meetings and general clerical duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone and email.
- Complaints handling and preparing Credit notes.
- Administration of Bulk orders and call offs, Order Book and schedule Management.
- Ensure that regular and accurate updates are made on company CRM package.
- Sales enquiries, working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer journey.
- Working closely with other factory admins, providing support where required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Evidence of working as part of an effective team.
- Participation in training events, which may necessitate travel and overnight stays.
- Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
- Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft applications including email, Excel and Word.
- Plenty of team spirit and an enthusiastic attitude to work.
- Self-discipline and the ability to multi-task.
- Full driving Licence.
