We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Lifeguards / Leisure Attendants to join our team to help create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all visitors. Are you calm under pressure, safety-conscious, and passionate about customer service?
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all pool and leisure facility users
- Monitor activities in and around the pool, responding to emergencies when necessary
- Set up and maintain equipment for poolside and fitness activities
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to high standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to customers
- Assist with general duties around the facility as needed
Qualifications
- Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
