To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a part-time employee benefits administrator to join our team in our head office based in Ibstock, Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of company vehicles, including ordering, onboarding, allocation, and end-of-lease returns.
- Coordinate with leasing providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and collection of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle documentation, driver assignments, and compliance status.
- Administer grey fleet processes, ensuring all drivers meet company and legal compliance requirements.
- Manage duty of care obligations, including licence checks, insurance verification, vehicle roadworthiness, and risk assessments via compliance system.
- Review and approve requests for short-term hire vehicles, ensuring alignment with policy and cost control measures.
- Manage the fleet invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, and cost tracking.
- Prepare monthly fleet reports.
- Support HR and finance teams with payroll-related benefit and fleet data.
- Experience in fleet administration, employee benefits, or operational coordination roles would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and record-keeping.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive different vehicles as required.
