The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for an Early Careers Advisor to come and join our team at our head office in Ibstock, Leicestershire.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding
- Work with the Early Careers Manager to contribute to an Early Careers Plan to attract a continuous pipeline of talent into the business to support the business strategy
- Proactively work with the Early Careers Manager to identify opportunities to improve and progress early careers programmes year on year
- Conduct and own the annual recruitment process for apprentices including managing external agencies, preboarding, onboarding and induction activities.
- Assist in delivering high-quality recruitment and assessment centres for apprentices and other early careers programmes.
- Work closely with Line Managers, to ensure they have the information, support and guidance to manage Apprentices within their teams
- Provide guidance and pastoral support to apprentices throughout their journey, ensuring professional growth and programme engagement.
- Dealing with day-to-day queries.
- Work with the corporate communications & marketing teams to co-ordinate social media campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, training providers, and external partners to ensure best-in-class programme delivery and compliance
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards, knowledge, skills, behaviours, and End-point assessments
- School and community engagement
- Liaising with factories around community engagement activities and materials required
- Management of a central repository of resources for early careers materials
- Supporting early careers fayres and activities as required
- Oversee work placement opportunities across the business
- Other duties
- Be an advocate for Early Careers both internally and externally
- Organising of events (annual awards, welcome days etc)
- Maintaining accurate programme records and report insights to stakeholders
- Working with training providers to ensure the DAS records are accurate and up to date
- Work on ad-hoc projects as and when they arise
