We are looking to recruit a hardworking, dependable and flexible cleaner to join our small and friendly team. The role is important in ensuring that our school is a safe, clean and well maintained environment for students and staff. - Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting of classrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
- Comply with all relevant health & safety and infection control policies and procedures
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used and stored safely and stocks are replenished, as required
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the cleaning supervisor/facilities manager.
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands the importance of maintaining hygiene & safety in environments with children
Can work efficiently, independently and takes pride in high standards - Is physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, lifting and bending.
- Ideally has experience in a similar setting, although training will be provided.
