Key responsibilities
- Procurement and testing of production materials, goods and services
- Manage clay extraction, stockpiling, blending and usage
- Oversee daily Kiln & Dryer operations
- Coordinate product development and innovation
- Manage Factory Quality Assurance system - ISO 9001
- Manage Factory Environmental system - ISO 14001
- Interdepartmental liaison to achieve objectives
- People management and development of technical and quality team
- Apply IMS tools for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures
- Analyze production data to drive targets
- Develop 5S housekeeping standards
