National Sales Manager IBSL Group / ISOPARTNER UK

INTRODUCTION
Recently, the IPCOM Group acquired IBSL Group in the UK and is now looking for a business development professional who can further generate and win profitable new business. Taking full responsibility for the relationship until the client is onboarded at which point, they will manage an effective handover to a Branch Manager.
ROLE
This is a field-based role and will therefore require work on an independent basis across a range of defined market sectors throughout the United Kingdom. Whilst this role will work within certain parameters defined by the Managing Director, they will have to use their own discretion when pitching for new clients, carefully balancing future requirements, benefits and risks to IBSL Group / ISOPARTNER UK.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Proactively and tenaciously seek out and identify new business opportunities and to lead the organisation in trying to secure them, including new markets and new clients.
- Create strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs, working in collaboration with other business functions to ensure these needs can be met.
- Using client and competitor knowledge with longer-term thinking (for example, potential future business) to make informed decisions regarding pricing and SLAs, balancing the requests of a prospective client with benefits to IBSL Group / ISOPARTNER UK.
- Demonstrate consideration of benefits and risk to IBSL Group / ISOPARTNER UK (for example, reputational damage if KPIs can\’t be met) when pulling together proposals for prospective new clients.
- Pitch our products and offering as a compelling proposition using all forms of communication, to include face to face presentations and written tenders.
- Attend conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and stay up to date with sector knowledge.
- Work closely with Branch Managers through the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration and handover of new clients.
- Create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching and exceeding them.
- Possess and maintain a strong knowledge of the services offered by both IBSL Group / ISOPARTNER UK and competitors to ensure optimal positioning of our proposition.
- Utilise systems employed by the Sales function to provide key market information on new clients, including maintaining those systems as deemed necessary by the business.
- Represent IBSL Group / ISOPARTNER UK at corporate events, portraying the values of Ipcom Group and maximising the opportunity to make new business contacts where possible.
- Uphold an environment that puts people\’s health, wellbeing and safety and engagement at the forefront.
