In Manchester, the company is expanding its M&E Design & Projects team, which currently manages roughly £15 million of MEP works on site and about £1 million of design work in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Design & Projects service offering to internal clients.
- Manage projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design.
- Act as the client’s representative on projects, working directly with clients on behalf of the company.
- Develop design, commercial client‑facing and project management skills.
- Support the wider M&E team and contribute to team growth.
- Work from a central Manchester office or from home, depending on project needs.
