A leadership position within a Commercial Property Consultancy managing large estates and portfolios of buildings on behalf of leading businesses. This role offers the opportunity to engage in M&E Design projects throughout the building's lifetime.
The consultancy has developed fully functioning, in-house M&E Consultancies that handle all aspects of a client's property portfolio, including buying, selling, leasing, and technical services such as building surveying, project management, sustainability, and full detailed design (stages 0-4).
This environment allows for correctly costed projects, creating profit rather than loss, resulting in a less pressurised atmosphere with acceptable working hours and the ability to recruit more engineers when needed.
The opportunity involves joining one of the world's largest Commercial Property Consultancies, which is number 1 in the global market for leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing, and valuations, with revenues exceeding £20bn and 500 offices globally.
The role includes working with an existing internal client base, supporting the Design & Projects service offering. The London Design & Projects team is expected to double in size within the next 1-2 years, providing significant opportunities for growth and progression.
Responsibilities include managing projects from concept design through to stage 4 detailed design, with flexible working arrangements available. Employees will work from a state-of-the-art facility showcasing contemporary office design and technology.
This unique client-side role provides direct access to clients, allowing you to act as the client's representative on projects. You will manage projects with support from the wider M&E team, developing both design and commercial client-facing skills, which are not typically available in traditional design consultancies.
There is structured training and a clear route for progression, along with excellent CPD opportunities within the team.
