Your new company is a highly regarded independent building services engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Electrical Director to join its senior leadership team and lead the electrical discipline within a well-established Building Services division. This is a key strategic appointment, offering the successful candidate a high level of autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of the business.
Your new role is based in a South East England office (with hybrid working available), where you will take ownership of the electrical engineering function, working closely with mechanical, sustainability, and architectural teams to deliver complex, design-led projects across multiple sectors. - Residential developments (high-end, private, and multi-unit schemes)

- Projects delivered from RIBA Stage 1 feasibility and concept design through to construction and handover
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Provide technical and strategic leadership for the electrical discipline

- Manage and mentor engineers, associates, and project leads
- Contribute to business development, bids, and fee proposals
