Had enough of battling with contractors, working to unachievable deadlines, and dealing with the pressure and workload within traditional building services design consultancy? Consider working within a Commercial Property Consultancy who manage large estates and portfolios of buildings on behalf of some of the world’s leading businesses.
This role sits with one of the world’s largest Commercial Property Consultancies, number 1 in the global market in leasing, property sales, property management, occupier outsourcing and valuations, with revenues in excess of £20bn and 500 offices globally.
The Opportunity:
Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director – Electrical Building Services Engineering to join their London office. They currently have circa £15m worth of MEP works on site, with circa £1m worth of design work already in the pipeline.
