We are seeking an experienced z/OS Extended Service Management Specialist for a long-term remote contract.
You will be responsible for supporting the stable operation of a z/OS environment, covering service and change management, incident handling, operational governance, license and capacity coordination, and disaster recovery support.

- z/OS 3.1
- IBM z16
- Strong understanding of z/OS architecture and dependencies
- IBM IWSCICSDb2
- BMC MainView AMI OPS
- Jira and Confluence
- Good English communication skills
- German is a bonus
Key responsibilities:
- Daily change approval
- Change and maintenance coordination
