We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to optimize our Field Service operations. You will bridge the gap between the scheduling engine (FSL) and the user interface (LWC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop: Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) for the Dispatcher Console and mobile app.
  • Configure: Optimize the Field Service Lightning (FSL) scheduling engine, work orders, and resource management.
  • Customize: Enhance the FSL Mobile App for offline technician use.
  • Integrate: Connect FSL data with external ERP/systems via APIs.

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

  • FSL: Hands-on experience with Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, and the Dispatcher Console.
  • LWC: Expert proficiency in building custom components, Apex, and JavaScript.
