Troubleshoot injection molding machines and robotic systems (ABB); oversee preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Conduct timely calibration of flow, pressure, and temperature parameters for injection molding machines.
Track KPI (OEE, yield, cycle time, throughput) to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across injection molding, Shell coating, autoclave, metal pouring, cut-off, and sandblasting processes.
Perform Root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) to resolve process issues, sustain continuous production, and reduce scrap.
Manage non-conformance reports (NRs) and prepare wax tree and consumables forecasts based on monthly demand.
Lead value creation, lean six sigma and Kaizen initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Finding new Vendor and vendor development for the consumables.
Mentor and lead a team of 5 engineers to achieve operational and project targets.
