My client, a large consultancy, is in need of an IDAM Consultant with experience in AI for a 6 month contract inside IR35 based in Sheffield offering 2 days per week remote but requiring 3 days per week on-site.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong delivery leadership (product/programme/project) in IAM, cyber security, or enterprise workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of IDAM/IGA concepts: joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC, least privilege, approvals, SoD, audit evidence.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML and/or GenAI delivery life cycle: requirements - build - deploy - monitor.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with governance, risk, and control requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management across security, operations, technology, and risk.
- Experience with IGA/ITSM platforms (eg, SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow) and directory services.
- Familiarity with data governance/lineage and MLOps/ModelOps monitoring.
The ideal candidate will desirably have experience designing exception workflows and control automation for access management.
