The IT Recruitment Resourcer will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top IT talent. They will leverage various sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates for roles in software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other IT disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and other talent platforms.
  • Screen candidates via phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT vacancies.
  • Work closely with recruiters to understand client requirements and job specifications.
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract the best candidates.
  • Manage candidate databases and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communications.
  • Stay up to date with IT market trends and recruitment best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in IT.
