To successfully provide freelance consultations to UK and international clients requiring expertise in the field of human resources and the employee value proposition (EVP).
Principal duties & responsibilities:- Providing freelance consultancy services to clients of the organisation;
- Scheduling regular client introductions; finalising contract negotiations;
- Providing value-added input to strategy and strategic development in relation to client services;
- To act in the best interests of the company;
- Assisting in carrying out the duties of the Managing Directors, such as:
- Reviewing, and conducting ongoing monitoring of any client proposals put forward by the Managing Directors;
- Reviewing organisational capability in relation to stated objectives;
- Reviewing revenue performance against targets;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of information received;
- Carrying out functions with due skill, care, and diligence;
- Devoting sufficient time to the above responsibilities;
A detailed understanding of HRM concepts, frameworks, and models with a specific focus on sustainable finance borne through extensive higher education and/or practical industry-specific experience.
