Essex Global Investment Partners is a newly incorporated and closed-ended investment management firm. Founded in 2016, the firm has been established to manage a UCITS investment portfolio on behalf of a retail and institutional client base through the use of actively managed portfolio strategies, conducting bespoke in-house research, and investing principally in international public equity markets. The majority of these investments will consist of thematic or impact investments, with an extended focus on renewables, cleantech, sustainability, and governance.
The investment management company is currently onboarding its first proprietary sub-fund which will be a non-UCITS investment vehicle (“ICVC”). As an unlisted product offering under the AIFMD regulation, this fund will be the perfect opportunity for someone with relevant experience in management to enhance key qualities while adding to their immediate portfolio of assets under management. We are looking for an experienced multi-asset fund manager to help steer the strategy of the company’s principal fund, the Essex Global ESG Mutual Fund, its sister funds, and their respective investment policies. The successful candidate will be an experienced alternative investment professional with previous exposure to ESG portfolio management in either a large hedge fund or investment manager.
